How to cancel
Email our customer support team at info@amginsights.net with your account details and the service you wish to cancel. We will process your request and confirm the cancellation within a reasonable timeframe.
Cancellation fees
Cancellations requested within 7 days of purchase are fully refunded. After 7 days, a prorated refund is provided based on the remaining duration of the service contract. Specific cancellation terms in a service agreement take precedence.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation and issued to the original payment method.
Exceptional circumstances
In cases such as fraudulent transactions or violations of our terms, AMG Insights Limited may deny cancellation requests or apply additional fees, evaluated case by case.
